Our leadership

Jodie Prosser: Director - Leadership and Learning

Jodie’s credentials include being a second generation operator with 20 years ‘hands on’ management of retirement villages, Business Manager of Australia’s largest village management company (up to its sale), Village Care, membership of multiple industry committees and boards, adviser to state regulators and consultant to Australian and Asian village operators.

Judy Martin: Director - Industry Engagement 

Judy’s credentials include leadership of the development of the first residential aged care AIN training programs, Australian and international retirement village and aged care education programs, and best practice in village and aged care built form and service model design. Judy is the first non-operator to be appointed to the board of the Washington based Global Ageing Network (GAN).

Julian Lyddy-Meaney: Project Director

Julian’s credentials include the establishment and leadership of small and large scale training and professional development programs both in Australia and internationally, including commissions by large corporates, governments and industry sectors.
